Good morning/night,
as far as I know, AREVA have a stake of 10.34% in MEY. If Hanlong receive about 2.8%, then AREVA will lose the blocking minority of 10%, won't they?.
That would not be essential, but to uphold the 10% they will be obliged to buy over the market what entails an announcement each time. Means that AREVA have to show their actual interest in MEY.
Am I right? I don't have the exact figures at hand, sorry. It is just a spontaneous idea.
