How long have we been in suspension for.?

I read somewhere the other day that the Government has changed the rules for suspension of a Company in that a company cannot stay in suspension indefinitely any longer, as it used to be, but that it will be deregistered after three years of suspension.

    Any comments.??

If that is true at least we will be able to claim our tax losses in this fleas ridden dog.

Lets put it in this way, we cannot continue indefinitely in this way while the Receivers/Liquidators will continue to charge the Company astronomical fees for their services, because they are the only ones making money and taking away the last small piece of flesh there is in this dying beast. The sooner it will be sold off, the better IMHO.

And................lets hope that ASIC will give it a serious look at what happened in this company before closing the files on it. IMHO it truly deserves a proper and thorough investigation.
