Eildon - like any of these exploration stocks there are risks. But its hardly as if they are constructing a facility on "hope" alone as you put it. Nor is the location particularly "remote" either. 40kms away from a major port facility is hardly in the middle of nowhere. Sure - there's not much else around but why is this a problem. 99% of Australian mines would be equally "remote" or moreso.
The entire future of the Uranium industry in Namibia will be dependent on the availability of water in the region and its hardly something they are going to let slide. You seem overly pessimistic given what is already known to be underway.
