    I'm guessing its short-termers taking profits.
    CSE's always been traded at a discount, but the 20-30% range that we've been seeing lately is at the higher end. If SYR heads up the $4.75 mark at any point over the next month, don't worry about the number of shares on sale, everything under 30 cents will go.
