Its not really the $2 million that concerns me. It could be $2 for all I care. It's the Management decision process that is a concern.
How did they decide it was a good idea? Did they believe that it would improve the financial worth of WES? In which case, how?
Maybe they see it as being a morally correct thing to do. If so, can we expect further acts of morally correct generosity?
