For those that are interested I did a quick calculation to determine the average shareholding of each shareholder using the annual report from 30 June 2013

Total shares on issue: 724,000,000
Top 20 shareholders: 273,000,000
Balance: 451,000,000

1 to 1000 (90 holders) = 90 shares to 90,000
1001 to 5000 (41 holders) = 41,001 shares to 205,000
5001 to 10000 (102 holders) = 510,102 shares to 1,020,000
10001 to 100000 (681 holders) = 6,810,681 shares to 68,100,000
Total = 7,361,874 to 69,415,000
100001 and over (682 holders) 559,508 shares to 650,495*

451,000,000 - 7,361,874 = 443,638,126 / 682 = 650,495 shares
451,000,000 - 69,415,000 = 381,585,000 / 682 = 559,508 shares
