And Kevin is one of the most honest blokes I have ever met, and of unimpeachable character.
He will do the best he can with the money available, always work hard, and always try and find the motherlode.
This in itself of course, never guarantees success in a mining project, but what it does is give investors a decent honest chance.
All a good Geologist can do is analyse the ground and drill in the most prospective locations. The ability is to identify the most prospective, and then of course, a little bit of luck can make all the difference.
I was the only retail investor at the first ever BGS meeting, yes, and still here. I have seen my shareholdings diluted a fair bit of course, but then again I took profits when it's price went above 3 cents so that I have been free carried ever since, so it does not owe me anything.
And personally, I hope one day Kev does strike the motherlode, it could not happen to a nicer bloke, and he would deserve it, for as he has often said to me, it only takes one drill hole - and then boom boom. Ask the boys at Papillon Gold or Gold Quest or Sirius or Sandfire.
One hole can be the crucial indicator.
Keep going Kev.
My rule for BGS - when Kev leaves, I leave.
Cheers, Gw
