from shareholders re these 3 year oppies being sought by directors. Mutiny is threatened bros. Give them equal rations to what the officers get or else they will die off with scurvy :)

Now one could almost put a positive slant on this by thinking the boyz wanna line their pockets ahead of serious action promised. BUT what a BETTER support-rallying message could be made instead if these are struck at say 70c, where Mr Mosigs last lot were ....... a time replacement only.

I mean yeah replace his expiring ones but extend the time not strike. I would give him my vote for 3 years at 70c strike.

And what of the others, non-execs. Once upon a time having 600K fpos would put u in top 20 and were even worth a million bucks. Seems unreasonable that NON-execs should be offered such LIBERAL donations for their attendance at half a dozen or so Board meetings each year ... they seem overpaid for that already in fees. Actually 100K oppies should suffice.

Whats happened to corporate governance here bros? Who are the "independents" protecting shareholder interests. We aint no AQP (yet :) Treat shareholders with respect and we may still become.

Personally prefer shareholders get an effective 1 for 1 "time-extension" of our oppies at same 3-year expiry sought by directors now and maybe would feel bit more generous.
