have had holdups

I understand that there have been holdups over the last year relating to perfecting the formula and then patenting the new formula. Since then the holdup has been getting sufficient quantity of the descrete formula to blend with and send out new samples. I think that they still have about 400 customers who are waiting for the finished product either for sales or for testing.(last years research report gave those numbers)
MSC does have orders, however there has been difficulty in getting the formula for blending. However I understand that this is about to change.
