How do you calculate that there is a demand for houses to buy.
The numbers of houses has no connection to demand

The data that is available is all based on old historical figures, computer models and opinions by desk bound experts.

In my area there is no one turning up at OFIs and auctions are a thing of the past because they do not sell as no one turns up to the auction

The quantity of sales has fallen dramatically.

It is therefore irrelevant what the data says.
No buyers, no demand. no housing shortage
