Have I Got This Right ?

Nathan Featherby resigns as a director of GFS (Raven Energy) with no stock and he walks away? Why is it that he has no stock ? Can anyone explain that to me, I dont understand (I might be missing something here)? What about all the money that went out of Raven (GFS) and into Ochre Group (another one of his companies) that still has not been explained. Presumably Nathan Featherby, Shane Pentony and Saxon Ball (all directors of Ochre at the time) are still going to explain where the money went? My understanding is that the ASX requires GFS to complete an independent legal audit into what went on between Ochre and GFS (Raven) before GFS can relist on the ASX. Will GFS still need to comply with that legal audit requirement before we can get relisted even if Nathan Featherby has resigned? Is GFS being run out of Sydney or Perth, does any one know?, my broker tells me that his Perth mate said that Nathan moved back to Perth and was living in a multi $m mansion in Perth and has been for the past couple of years, yet company info says its run out of Sydney? It would be nice to hear something from the current board on whats going on at GFS. Appreciate any update.
