Please help! I am a VERY inexperienced share trader so I need the help/advice of other more learned forum members. I've just discovered that my NGE shares which I purchased in 2010 have disappeared from 'My Portfolio'. The response from ETrade via email was that, "Due to Corporate Action in November", my shares have been removed. What does this mean? I've tried reading your threads on the recent changes to the company but I'm afraid it's going over my head.
