Martin, at my age, the decision will be made well and truly before I get to 90!, but you're right, it's unusual to hold a stock for so long, but I wouldn't be the only one here that sees APG as the highest opportunity cost stock on the ASX.
Additionally, and I've said this before, I bought a reasonable parcel at the 20 cent mark around the BHP time, so selling out would have been good money after bad.
IMO, if you're prepared to take a loss, you have to be able to makle it up somewhere else, otherwise it's simply money wasted.
I'm now give or take, break even so happy to hold now to see what happens. I feel better now about the future of APG than ever before though.
