Posts have been made on HC referencing the day of the IPO and the price. It was thought that yesterday could have been the day and now it is thought that today is the day. All good research done on the Internet. What I would like to know is, how can an IPO be launched on the NASDQ without posting the details first on the ASX? Surely, the ASX should be informed about the day of listing on the NASDQ? So far, only the intention to IPO has been announced on the ASX, so did I missing something or is today (New York time) not going to happen either?
