look at courier mail site -
if they wanted to know how to stop losing so many insurance customers ,they could have started by making a virtue of the amount of times they have paid people over and above when they had to -and start smearing(legally) the quaint companies who are stealing their business with gimmicky advertising and little else to offer -what i have heard many of them are not good at payouts or claims handling
