    USA gas reserves valued at US$209 million , less net debt of $41m gives around US$160million

    3.6 million barrels oil in China must be worth US$15 a barrel say US$50million.

    Net assets worth over $US200 million


    Market cap around AUS$65million

    Thats one heck of a discount!
