JMS have so much magnetite in Mt Ida alone that the most benefits they might now get from a CY consolidation would be not having to pay all the railroad upgrade costs.
It's not as though they NEED Mt. Bevan or any other tenement to make their own ops viable, though I'm sure they'd be interested if the terms were right.
