    Just thinking further about it...... I guess there is no proposal to shareholders or prospectus because the impression I got was that the Lloyds Syndicate are not actively looking for more investors but if existing shareholders like myself want to get onboard with the offer there is the opportunity.

    I may be wrong but thats the impression I have.

    I have been wrong before apparently, or so my children say!
