    The question is not whether management have acted illegally - I doubt they have, but I don't know - but has ASOF Luxinvest acted illegally by promising funds and then withdrawing at the last minute. Does any one know of ASOF Luxinvests motives to withdraw funding and destroy Metal Storm? Can Metal Storm do anything about it?
