No, they have to go through a shareholder vote first. That involves them presenting to shareholders their business plan, as they closed down the operating business, so are now a shell in the eyes of the ASX.
Now, they have raised money at 1 cent a share but have to be reconstructed, as part of the ASX requirements, so you will also be squeezed on your shareholding.
