2) Incresase debt. A company with no debt is disadvantaged in tax. A geared company (up to 50%) can grow better provided the loan is not called in.

- Beggars can't be choosers.....having said that, OZL are CASHED UP and can borrow large sums of money. I think the range their looking at could be $2-3bil.

- Buy something that is making money or will be making money in the near future >>> I prefer iron ore and uranium stocks.
