IMO globally the payments to directors, CEOs etc in general has become farcical & grotesquely indulgent - bearing little relationship to company EPS. And Australia is right up there with 'the best'.
IMO the real risk & work is done at the 'coal face' by everyday workers - millions could do what executives take credit for - IMO the opportunities just don't come their way!
As with salaried employees IMO exectuve remuneration should not be set within executive circles - what a digusting joke that is! IMO with SPs plummeting so should grotesquely inflated executive remuneration.
