Portfolioplus- 100% agree, that is my exact concern as well.
If you dilute current ownership without generating cash you just devalue the company through growth.
That is why the KORES deal is so groundbreaking imo. There was a mine that was simply sitting in the background as the CAPEX wasnt there and now it is essentially fully funded through this J/V. Yes we have to give up some 'ownership' of the individual mine but it is done so in a way that creates shareholder value rather than degrading it (like a cap raising at 7c to fund CAPEX wouldve done)
