Interesting our legal counsel and ED is also a director of Solana who we issued 9 Mill shares @ 27c for payment of a debt. It was also stated Solana was a non-related party. Unfortunately I can't make the meeting but it would be interesting if someone bought up this payment and especially the timing of it.
