    I think you are mixing up your AU price and your NZ price. AU offer is 2.035c, NZ is 2.2c. AU closed at 2c and NZ has gone to 2.2c today. If you were not on the register on 25 August, then you can currently buy on the market at the SPP price. Sounds a good deal to me.
