    I disagree jogo.... just for arguments sake and we use the NZX price. I sell my shares at 2.2 cents , I now turn around and buy them back by way of the SPP at 2.2. The benefits are that I get my shares...i also get free options AND I get to help NTL progressing the mine.....win win win for all concerned....oh and aĺso I'm pretty sure that there is no brokerage if participating in a SPP
