I would appreciate you not putting words into my mouth to suit whatever superior stance you are trying to take here. There was not a word in my post to support your assertion of why I think what you say I think? Not even "of" or "to"!

Then I'm wondering about the thinly veiled superior air to your aggressive "would I like to explain?" - are you a trial lawyer or with the police by any chance?

But then maybe you just have superior inside knowledge of every root and branch detail of MSB's 60 odd patent suites - which would put me at a disadvantage in a debate with you about their ultimate strength in a dispute situation which might arise once there are 100 companies clamoring for rights to sell their stem cell products.
