plv management know they have to get the JTC (or others) to put up the money to get this thing going soon as their cash on hand wont last for too long..

the larger than expected costs were always going to scare people, if the JTC is on board in 30 days we will be well north of 62c! but hey on days like this everyone wants to sell and run for the hills..let it play out
