Several months ago i posted that STO was facing huge CAPEX and the SP would decline substantially. (if anyone can retrieve the post I'll be grateful). SP gone from just under $14 to about $11.00. Where will it end? As costs on LNG projects continue to blow-out i feel SP will continue to drift down. STO a long term proposition for those who have faith that price of gas will increase substantially. Meantime i reckon $10.40 mark is vulnerable. IMO avoid... far safer punts elsewhere.
PS. 'Intelligent Investor' are ultra conservative analysts and they have big wraps on STO and recomend buying company at $14.oo!!!
