Have Shareholders been mislead ?, page-100

I for one am still waiting on a plan. A typical company would post what they plan to achieve in the next 12 months, something that is measurable by shareholders. We had a list of items and approximate times that they would be achieved, we could then look at the list and decide when renumerations come up whether they achieved the stated goals and then make an informed decision on voting.

Since the end of August no such plan has been put forth. No one knows, so how do we measure success? Is it in share price only. If the price of Lithium is the only thing that makes a difference why do we have a BOD at all?

I would like a published plan with expected achievements in 2024.
