A letter is being composed right now that will be directed to James Brown attention via certified mail, so neither he or the BOD can ignore it. It will be an open letter that any shareholder of Sayona will be free to sign.
It will make clear that the majority of retail shareholders have zero confidence in his leadership as CEO of Sayona, and that he will transition to a qualified CEO in a timely manner (he never did this with Morella).
It will detail, amongst other things, his conflict of interest, lack of vested interest in Sayona (10 million shares is pocket change), failure to adhere to compliance and corporate governance, and a lack of clear strategy, vision, and objectives.
