I am almost certain in my mind that the jv will need an alliance with a chemical company to tackle the difficult task of downstream processing.
Don't think there is any doubt about that Mega and JB more or less said so, our expertise is with the existing operation. As he said he's a risk management guy and with the sums involved with NAL and MOBLAN its all about managing risk, timelines and project blowouts are rife in the sector.
