I still don't think that reporting them is the way to go. Fines can be given amongst other things. why would this make sense costing us more money and trust me the list goes on. This would further decrease the share price. There needs to be measured decisions made don't cut off your nose to spite your face so to speak. I know that you are upset with the BOD and that is your choice but if you remain invested and want to see this become profitable in any way this is probably not the best way. Just my opinion of course. Not telling you what to do just maybe giving you another perspective to think about and the outcomes this will and could bring to the company.
