To be fully committed to your Owners/Shareholders and give them your full support you need to be there everyday fly home on the weekends...if you cannot give the company 100% then you need to move out and let someone who is fully committed an dedicated to the business do the job for the company...B1 cannot give that sort of commitment...and as a shareholder who has invested my hard earned I want 110% commitment from the BoD's if they cannot give that then they are not the right people to take us to the next level more likely would be holding us back, which at this point is clearly showing.
