Please put up some evidence of that happening..I can tell you what will happen their will be a forced EGM an new directors will be called for or those still there will need 75% of the votes to stay if shareholders force that issue...the mining side of things in Canada at NAL will still continue...again please provide details of this maybe never trading again cannot believe that statement...how does a BoD's replacement stop an ongoing concern unless they are they only ones digging up the Spod and rowing it to China.
