I have done a small amount of research into Mitsubishi’s style.

It seems to me Mitsubishi being a cornerstone investor may not invest sustainable $$$ till the EMU is granted. (Concrete Project)
Note Mitsubishi would not commit to $15Mil without doing their homework and they a successful track record.
Mitsubishi have already granted Cash Advances for potential Tailings Production. This demonstrators Mitsubishi have a strong working relationship with CNQ. (Lets hope the 1st Qtr Tailing production exceed our expectations)

I am confident CNQ Management would be negotiation with other cornerstone investors to secure finance, the new board has a funding/marketing history and I would expect some Brokers site visits would be scheduled.
