There was a supreme court hearing - again today.
The legal fees must be costing a small fortune.
The Million Dollar Savvy investor was and is no where to be seen.
The ATO is after their 360,000 pus dollars.
Wasn't is announced that the Savvy Investor investment was coming from Sino Investment Services,
and was under written - It's my understanding that that is a guarantee ? -
Please feel free to let me know if I am incorrect - I'm sure someone will tell me how it works,
or if I am incorrect.
Have the shareholders and the ASX misled ?
The case has been adjourned until October 8.
In open court is was discussed that -
Allegedly there is two amounts of $250,000 coming in from an investor.
Will it be the same Million Dollar Savvy Investor I wonder ?
The new solicitor from GCN - who I hadn't seen before - said that the funds were coming from a
capital raising, by way of buying shares.
Who wants to go to the Supreme Court on October 8.
I will certainly be there to see the result.
