    Surely underwriting means a commitment by SIS,what is wrong with the ASX not looking
    into this?
    Shareholders believe and buy shares on what the Company announces and now they are unable to settle a simple account ,just keep going back to Court maybe they think that creditors will just give up. I think that any one would think that this is misleading.
