Did anyone subscribe to the share purchase plan & has anyone...

Did anyone subscribe to the share purchase plan & has anyone recieved notification as per Page 8 section 14 of the SPP terms & conditions notice.
I have seen nothing to indicate that its happened yet. Do they have to notify the ASX that they have been issued?


"When will I receive the new Shares?
14.1 It is expected that new Shares will be issued on or about 9 June 2008 and quoted on the ASX on or about 13 June 2008.
You should also receive your holding statement or confirmation advice on or about 11 June 2008."
