I do not think PRU are underwriting any options - they are simply paying up the 5c each to convert their 34.8mill unlisted opts to shares - then they also get issued 34.8million "piggyback" 8c options good to end 2012.
It looks to me as if BGF has agreed to underwrite about half of the ~41million listed options.
