That unanounced cross trade sure makes this smell bad, I am guessing they are not able to get any sales contracts tat will make the process profitable, someone is not divulging which is going against ASX company rules.
I Am still holding this fortunately only a small parcel, could be a cheap new building on the market in a few months,
