?We expect that HQCEC will shortly received approval from the Chinese foreign exchange regulator to
enable the Placement to be settled. Following the Placement the Company will hold ~A$28 million in
available funds (with no debt) and the key focus of the Company and HQCEC will be the securing of gas
supply for the Company?s 100% owned 3 million tonne per annum Gladstone ?Fisherman?s Landing LNG
