younger people don't often relate to retirement as its so far away and dubious as to whether one will live that long. thats how I was till around 25 yrs.
my son took after his mother and became a terrific saver. bought his first home at 26 (4 yrs after graduating) and several more properties over the following 10 yrs. now he's nearing 40 he has a terrific investment portfolio.
my str on the other hand has taken after me..... poor girl.
