    I would say the dilemma is about the funding, the market is scaring people and a project without a "signed" funding make it even questionable.

    However, I would say it might be the perfect time for CXY. German manufacturing orders is having the longest series of declines in 18 years. Emmmm, a lot of hot money in German will need to find a new home and I would say DI might be thinking about something similar:)
