Originally I questioned what Jurgen was doing last year when a cap raising was done so quickly. Originally I thought it was because of hassles with the farminee but looking at it now it was more likely to do with, as it has turned out, one of the participating parties. There is history between the parties and maybe he just second guessed that this might happen.
