They are yearlings around 200kg dressed weight, so half equals around 80kg of meat ... Wine surprisingly was smooth, not a strong Shiraz bold flavor, but mellowed. Cork was a pain... it crumbled... You can see in the pic with the glass it hasnt separated But 27 years it lasted the time ... gotta drink my wines or down the drain they end up Wine was same age as one of my rebels
