Ex directors who i presume are still in the top 20 holders of NME might encourage there investor mates to put there money into nme.
Rumours say nme has the money and so far they have got around 10% of what they need.
Wouldn't it benefit the ex directors if they could turn some of the money nme's way,in fact it would probably benefit us all.
Even better they might buy some shares on the open market.
top 20 holders + mates+pool of money = spot on the board
