I hear you Epaka - mt steel undies melted from my body during the fire sale, leaving my lower half burnt to a crisp; the toolbox rendered all but useless.
The best thing I did was "turn a paper loss into a real loss" because it shifted my focus from an emotional "hold and hope" to one where I employed sound, objective trading decisions. I am currently 150% up on where I was when I sold out of MEO - lucky I turned that paper loss into a real one!
Still watching MEO, currently still in the rinse cycle, but it will repeat as it has done several times before, like clockwork.
