The top 10 performing suburbs are dominated by the lower priced suburbs. The ten worst performers are mostly the top end suburbs. So you can have lower priced suburbs going up by 8% while top end suburbs going down by 12% and low volumes.
Just for Massey The median price for a block of land in metro is now $270,000. Makes that $49,000 block the steal of the century.
