    Renting through agent 7% of 390 = 28 per week = $1450
    Rates $1200
    Water surage $800
    Assuming the renters dont trash the place depreciation costs around 2% per year = $7600
    Total cost $40 000 per year rent $390 per week = $20 000 per year.
    You are losing money $20 000 per year I suppose the tax man is paying half YOU are still losing.
